The Hatman and the Girl in the Hallway

Hello!

Well the first time I seen a shadow person, it was definitely not out of the corner of my eye. I was on the computer. I saw a shadow-y appearence above my head. I looked up. And there it was. A disorted figure. Not shadow like. But more mist or smoke-ish like. It was black though. And not 2D, if smoke is 3D then it was 3D. The moment I looked up (and it realized I noticed its presence) it went across the room (still near the ceiling) and went behind a dresser. Lol, I don't know why, but at the time it didn't faze me. I went back to doing whatever I was doing. This same situation happened a second time. I was on the computer, I noticed something above my head. I look up. This time, it dives down behind my computer desk.

Even though I have a lot more to say about other people's experiences compared to mine, one thing that I found strange is that people associate shadow people with dread. Out of the 4 (5?) times I've seen them, I've never felt that way. Anyways...

My third experience with them I was...you guessed it, on the computer! Hahaha. Anyways. I was doing whatever. And it was very bold this time. It was right next to me. Still distorted and had no apparent shape. But because it was so close I got a better look at it. Seeing it up close, it seemed as if it had electricity inside it. Like electrical currents flowing through it. Its hard to describe but that is the only way I can explain it. Anywho, as usual, the moment I noticed it, it fled. Disappearing to...well I'm not so sure this time. But definitely into the shadows.

My fourth (and most interesting experience) with them I was, of course, in the same room as the computer. I was playing on my keyboard. My mother was on the computer though. So, I'm playing away, and I hear this noise. Like someone breathing. But not really breathing. Like someone letting out a breath or sigh. A low, and very faint breath/sigh. I look over to where I heard the noise came from. And there it was. A big giant mist/smoke-ish like black shadow...with a hat. Not a body, or suit, or anything like that. Just a head shaped oval with a hat, and the rest was a distorted mass. Kind of in the shape of a cape. It never appeared that large to me, so I freaked out. But before I was freaking out, it seemed to be approaching me (note that it was floating). Anyways, I freaked out and told my mother to look (which she didn't -_-) and it got smaller and went behind my bookcase. After that, paranormal activity in my house increased for like a week (I'll explain later).

My last experience with them, I'm not so sure about. I was on my computer (of course), and I hear that breathing or sigh noise again. Its coming from the hallway. I look towards it. But this time its a white mist/smoke-ish shadow thing with no apparent shape floating (but moving, as it was coming out of the bathroom (at least it appeared to be))near the bathroom and then vanishing. It had the same electrical like look. But it was white. This puzzles me because out of all the shadow people stories I've read, they've never been white. And out of all the times it appeared to me, it was in the computer room. And what makes it even more interesting to me is that appeared like that to me, and I haven't seen it since.

Now, some things I would like to point out. All of the times I've encountered them, it was during the day, or the lights were on. IT WAS NEVER DARK! Also, I realized shadow people are just that. Not that they look shadows, but they seem to come from them. Almost every time I've seen one, it disappears into the shadows. Something else, its not...how do I put it. Like a "ghost". It can't walk through walls or anything. Every time I've seen them flee, they would go over it. Not through it. When it disappeared behind my bookcase, it went over it. Same with my other experiences. I've seen people claim that these "shadow people" are trying to hurt them. Or intimidate them. I've never felt this way. They seemed more curious. They were watching me. Observing me. Not in a harmful way, but in a curious way.

The reason I'm unsure about my last experience is because I have another "entity" in my house. There is a girl who roams the hallway in my house. I've seen her 2-3 times, and she's called my name. But she always has an apparent shape (that of a girl), and is always walking. Thats why I'm convinced it must have a been a shadow person, and not the ghost girl that lives in my hallway.

Anyways, since that last time, I haven't seen either of these entities in my house. I've tried associating them with many different things.  Maybe it tried to communicate with me and I got scared, so it decided to leave me alone. But what about the girl? I've seen her before I've seen Hat Man...I think. Now that I think about it. I can't remember who or which came first. Maybe they started appearing around the same time. If thats the case, what do they have to do with each other? But there has been paranormal activity in my house before either of them. There was something in my sister's bedroom that bothered her. And we would hear glasses breaking to find nothing had broke. Also, every time I've seen a shadow person I was on the computer or in the computer room. What does that have to do with anything? They seem to have electrical currents flowing through them. Are they manifestations of something that the computer is sending out? Do they travel through electrical currents? Is that their gate to our world? But then what about the girl? I've seen her, and I was not on or near the computer.

Anyways, I just wanted to share my experience(s).

Hat Man

I almost had the exact same experience. I was playing computer with the lights on.
I was not using any medicine, sick or sleepy.
I saw him coming from the stairs right next to me. I turned on my swivel chair while he was passing me. He definetly knew I was there. The whole time I had such a fright that I was cursing like mad. When he dissapeared, I prayed (eyes open)
