Watching videos is easy here at The Paranormal Society! We try to make it as easy as possible for you to watch your favorite paranormal shows and movies. There are a few things you'll need to do to watch some videos, including movies.
For our official videos
All episodes are in Flash (flv) or MP4 (mp4/m4v) format. Videos in these formats will play through Adobe's Flash Player, which is installed on nearly all computers. If you're having trouble playing videos, then you'll most likely need to download or update your Flash Player through Adobe's website here.

| Watching Movies |
Movies are presented the DivX (divx) format. For DivX videos, you'll need to have the DivX Web Player installed on your computer. Don't worry... it's perfectly safe.
Grab the Divx Web Player for your system. You can get it for Windows here, or for Mac here. |

| Can't Watch Videos? |
The Paranormal Society requires a minimum of Adobe Flash Player 10.2. You can grab the latest version here. Once it's installed, you may need to clear your web browser's cache (temporary internet files) and then restart. Before installing Adobe Flash, you will need to first uninstall any older versions you currently have running on your computer. To do this, download Adobe's official uninstaller here. Make sure to select the correct operating system, and then "Uninstall Flash."
If you're still having trouble watching, please visit Adobe's Troubleshooting Page for more help. If the above doesn't resolve the issue, try the following:

| Slow Loading or Buffering rate: |
This will usually only occur with DivX videos, however, it can happen with either long flash files or very high quality videos. We can't control the speed. If you have a DSL 3.0 meg connection or higher, you should rarely have a problem. Lower speeds absolutely will run into snags here and there. Dial-Up? I'm sorry, but you will most likely have a hard time viewing most videos due to the lack of speed with dial-up. |
