How To Get Help From SGPRS

Hey everyone! Hi!

We've had a lot of recent requests for help lately, which is great. As a result, we've become quite busy. I logged into the chat room the other day and noticed someone had posted a request for help. Unfortunately, at the time they posted it, we weren't online in the chat room. I hate missing someone, but even between us all, we just don't have the time to stay in the chat room.

So, what we'd like is for anyone that needs help, to send us an email or post here on the forum.

There are a number of people who frequently check that email box, so you may receive a response from anyone in our organization.

But please don't get discouraged if you don't get a response in the chat room. Like I said, we just don't have the time to mod all the time.
